you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you receive the product
you purchased in poor condition, we are here to help.
Return process
You
have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date it was received. To be
eligible for returns –

Your item must be unused and in the same condition
as it was received with the warranty card and other labels attached to the
product.

The item must be in the original package.
·
The item requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
If
you decide to return on the https://www.smcmattresses.com/ product you
received, you must report your decision to SMC Mattresses Customer Care Services.
The
customer service manager will advise you on the correct packaging of the
product for return and arrange for the courier to collect the packaged product.
Refund
Upon
receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you that you have received
the returned item. If the defect is found to be genuine, we will notify you of
the refund status immediately after examining the item. Once the return is
approved, a refund to your credit card (or original payment method) will begin.
Depending on the card issuer's policy, you will receive the credit within a
certain amount within 15 business days.
Shipping
You
are responsible for paying your shipping fees to return the goods. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the refund cost will be
deducted from the refund amount. You need to make sure that the returned goods
arrive at us in good condition. You will be charged for all shipping damages.
Terms and fees are refunded from the same source. Double split, if the customer
pays for the product twice, the amount must be refunded for one transaction.
Cancellation after payment will not be accepted.
